Use case

Inventory and invoicing for multi-branch chains

Several locations under one account, with approvals, permissions and an audit trail behind every action.

The problem

More locations means more people committing money on your behalf. You need consolidated numbers, per-branch detail, and some confidence that a purchase order or an expense had to pass somebody before it became real.

What ulostock does about it

Switch branches without signing out

A user assigned to several branches moves between them in place, and what they see — stock, sales, staff — follows the branch they are in.

Approvals you configure

Route purchase orders, sales, stock transfers, expense records, expense requests, invoice payments and purchase order payments through approval steps you define. Approvers approve or reject, and whoever raised a request can recall it before it lands.

Delegated authority

An approver going away can delegate their authority to someone else and revoke it afterwards, so a week of leave does not become a week of stalled purchase orders.

Permissions that go deeper than roles

Roles are built from fine-grained permissions across every area — staff, products, inventory, purchases, sales, returns, transfers, expenses, reports and workflow — so access can be shaped to a job rather than to a job title.

Consolidated or per branch

Dashboard metrics and every report can be read for one branch or across all of them, and each downloads as PDF or Excel.

An audit trail behind it

Records carry who created and last changed them, product changes are logged, and every approval keeps its trail — so a question about a number has an answer.

Questions we get asked

Can one person work across several branches?

Yes. Staff are assigned to branches, and a user with more than one can switch between them without signing out again.

What can be sent for approval?

Purchase orders, sales, stock transfers, expense records, expense requests, invoice payments and purchase order payments. You configure which of them need approval and the steps they pass through.

What happens when an approver is unavailable?

They can delegate their approval authority to another user, and revoke it when they return. Delegations are recorded rather than informal.

How many branches can I have?

That depends on your plan — each one states its branch limit on the pricing page.

See it against your own stock

Every plan starts with a free trial, and the pricing page lists what each one includes.
