Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ulostock, operated by Divrect. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and "you" means that business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for the security of your credentials, and for what the users you invite do with the access you give them. Permissions are yours to configure; we enforce what you set.

Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorisation.

The service is sold as a subscription. The plan you choose sets what is included and any limits that apply to it, including how many branches you may operate. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.

Plans begin with a free trial of the length stated at signup. We may verify your payment method at signup, including by a small refundable charge where the payment provider requires one to confirm the method; that amount is returned once confirmed.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues and the first payment is taken on the date shown to you at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time and the subscription runs to the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself entitle you to a refund of an amount already paid.

Prices may change. We will give notice before a change takes effect on your subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully, or to store or distribute unlawful content.
• Attempt to access another business’s workspace or data, or to circumvent the permissions system.
• Probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission, or otherwise interfere with its operation.
• Resell or provide the service to a third party as your own without our agreement.
• Upload anything intended to damage the service or its users.

The data you put into the service is yours. We claim no ownership of it. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the right to hold the personal data you enter about your own customers, suppliers and staff, and for meeting your own obligations to them.

You can export your data at any time. Every report in the product exports to PDF or Excel, and you can request your raw data.

We work to keep the service available and to fix faults promptly, and we may take it down for maintenance. Where maintenance is planned we will give notice.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where we have agreed a specific service level with you in writing, that agreement applies.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that has not paid, or where continuing to provide the service would put us or other customers at risk. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

On termination you may export your data. After the retention period described in the privacy policy, it is deleted.

The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for loss of data to the extent that loss results from your own failure to keep exports or from something outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell you where a change is material. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which we are established, and the courts there have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
