Inventory and invoicing for fashion & apparel
One style, every colour and size, counted separately — through purchasing, selling and returns.
The problem
One style is thirty things. A medium in black is in stock and a medium in white is not, the shop across town has the opposite problem, and any count that treats them as one product is wrong before it is finished.
What ulostock does about it
Variant options defined per product
Give a product the options that actually vary it — colour, size, material — with their own values. Nothing is forced into a fixed set of attributes that half your catalogue does not use.
Variants carried end to end
The specific combination is recorded on the purchase order item that brought it in, the inventory it became, the sale item that took it out and the return that brought it back — so stock is accurate per variant, not per style.
Counted per branch
Every variant is held against the branch holding it, so the shop that has the medium in black and the shop that does not are two answers rather than an average.
Move stock where it sells
Transfer specific variants between branches as a tracked movement that can require approval, with the items recorded on both sides.
Margin by product, not guesswork
The P&L-per-product report shows what each line actually returned, so a style that moves but does not earn is visible.
